How long will my order take to ship?

Boxes are shipped the next business day with standard shipping, and typically take 3-6 business days to arrive depending on location. For faster shipping speed, contact us at info@sunnysideboxco.com

Oops! I accidentally put in the wrong address! Can I change it?

If your box hasn’t been shipped we will make our best effort to accommodate. Please send us an email as soon as possible for address changes!

What happens if a box is returned to you due to an incorrect shipping address?

When the box is returned, we will ship it out to the updated address for a $15 reshipping fee.

How do i track my package?

When an order is placed you’ll receive an email with a tracking number the next business day.

Can I have a box arrive on the same date??

Unfortunately at this time because our carriers don’t offer same day delivery we cannot guarantee that. Please note that all delivery dates are an estimate.
